Spice bill on way to Governor's office

Passed the House and Senate. For Dakota Dyer,14 (pictured), Phillip Bushon, 23, Chase Burnett,16, Joey Dalton, 18, Max Dobner, 19, Jason Frame, 23, James Crawford, 28, Jeremy Buzick, 21, Justin Cook, 23, and all the others who have died using synthetic cannabinoids and for all those who have been injured. Anyone selling this product in Colorado better beware. With the passage of this bill the penalties will put you out of business.
