Candy or Marijuana?

Kids beware. Can't tell the difference? These are all marijuana edibles. HB 1366 will make manufacturers clearly identify these as mj. Thank you Rep. McNulty for this bill.
Happy Birthday Jeff Thormodsgaard.

SB 175 dies in the Senate

This bill would have a bill enshrined a "right to abortion" in Colorado law, and make it nearly impossible to pass future protections for unborn children or their mothers. It would have removed any parental involvement laws, informed consent requirements, regulations of abortion clinics, and bans on late-term abortion--protections that can save the lives of unborn children and protect women.
