Spice is a synthetic designer drug that has been mistakenly labeled as synthetic marijuana when nothing could be further from the truth. Spice is made from a combination of chemicals with no consistency or quality control. Somehow the media must be convinced that this product should NOT be called synthetic cannabis. There is absolutely no similarity between Spice and marijuana. Spice kills!
